Team Building for a Respectful Workplace for All Staff
One Day Workshop
Workshop Overview:
How can groups of employees work together to create an environment that is welcoming and fun while being respectful of individual differences? This workshop was developed at the request of managers and supervisors who attended our “Workplace Harassment Prevention and Intervention Skills” workshop. The session is designed for employees from the same work group to attend together, with the support of their supervisor, so that changes can be implemented to make the workplace “culture” better for everyone.

What's In It For You?
Key components of this one day workshop include:
- To provide employees with the opportunity to look at how each contributes to workplace culture within the framework of human rights;
- To identify the kinds of situations that may lead to problems;
- To assist participants in the establishing guidelines for creating working relationships that are respectful and supportive of differences.
Special Features:
For intact work groups of 10 – 20 employees.
