To contact the Vancouver Emergency Social Services (ESS) Program call 3-1-1 (within Vancouver) or 604.873.7000 (outside Vancouver) or you can send an e-mail to: ess@vancouver.ca.

 

ESS Information Line:

If you have been displaced in a house or apartment fire and require assistance, our client information line is 604-829-4369. You can leave a voice message, and the line will be checked hourly while we are active on an ESS call out. This line is not regularly monitored unless the team has an active event. Our involvement only extends to 72 hours after the incident occurs.
