Planning Context
Downtown Eastside Economic Revitalization Plan (2004)

Downtown Transportation Plan (2002)
Identifies Carrall Street as the preferred north-south greenway connection across the "neck" of the downtown peninsula, linking a series of parks, plazas and historic sites from Gastown, Vancouver's Downtown Eastside and Chinatown.

Vancouver Greenways Plan (1995)
Includes the implementation of routes in the downtown forming part of our greenway network. The plan identified a greenway from False Creek to Burrard Inlet between Cambie and Main Street.
