Online permit application

A process for online permit applications is coming for all 1&2 Family dwellings and laneway housing. We awill be eliminating the need for you to visit the Engineering Services office. The application process will remain the same. You will simply fill out the online version of the pre-application and attach a PDF of your site survey. We will then process your application as usual and email the results back to you. The next step is up to you!. Submit your site plan online by simply emailing it back to us for approval or come to Engineering Services and we will approve it in person. Once approved its business as usual with the Development Services Group.
