Water conservation programs
The City of Vancouver has a number of water conservation programs to help Vancouver residents do their part for the environment and prevent water shortages:
- A to Z of H2O - Environmental responsibility plays for elementary schools
- Rain Barrel Program - Subsidized rain barrels to catch rainwater for garden use
- Grow Natural - Natural yard care program that offers techniques to save time, money and the environment
