The Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall visit Vancouver -

On November 7, Their Royal Highnesses The Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall unveiled a plaque to commemorate their visit to the Olympic Village site as Mayor Gregor Robertson looked on.
The plaque unveiling ceremony in the Salt Building followed Their Royal Highnesses walk along the sea wall, a visit to a suite that will be used by a 2010 athlete, a meeting with First Nations leaders and performers as well as discussions with village design team and City of Vancouver staff about the sustainability features incorporated into village buildings.
Her Royal Highness also visited the Van Dusen Botanical Gardens.
