About FAXback Now you can have City documents sent to your fax machine by calling our FAXback system at 604-873-7450 from your touch-tone phone. (Find out about more City services available by phone, fax or online by clicking here.) What is FAXback?FAXback allows anyone with a touch-tone phone and a fax machine to obtain documents from a catalogue of City information. You can view a list of the available documents by clicking on the department names displayed on the lefthand side of this page. NOTE: FAXback will only send documents to fax machines that do NOT require long-distance charges from Vancouver. What information can I get?FAXback includes a wide variety of information, from application forms for liquor licenses and park baseball diamonds, to business license and community services grant information. How do I use FAXback?Call our FAXback system at 604-873-7450. You will need the number of the document(s) you wish to order. The automated attendant will guide you through the simple steps required to complete this process. If you don't know the document number you may either click on the department names on the left or call the FAXback line to request a catalogue of the current FAXback offerings be sent to your fax machine. When you've decided which documents you want, again call 604-873-7450. The FAXback system will direct you to enter the catalogue item numbers of the documents and to enter your fax number. You can specify up to three documents at a time. If you need more than three, simply make more calls to FAXback. As you see, the first time you use FAXback it's a two-step process: you
obtain the document number; then you call back to request specific documents.
