The Committee shall review and make recommendations on: Vancouver Fire & Rescue Services Mission and Vision Statement with a view to ensuring that it is responsive to community needs and is the guiding framework for the development of Vancouver Fire & Rescue Services; Vancouver Fire & Rescue Services Strategic Plan with a view to ensuring that it is consistent with the Mission and Vision and Strategic Plan and available resources; All matters referred for attention by the Fire Chief and/or the community.
