The City of Vancouver's Four Pillars Drug Strategy is based on
local, national and international research, combined with local
experiences and community consultation processes. The following
reports and links include local, national and international research
in areas related to each of the four pillars: treatment, prevention,
harm reduction and enforcement.
The City of Vancouver's Drug Policy Program has released reports
on the original Four Pillars drug strategy, a four-year progress
guide, a 2005 comprehensive prevention strategy and a summary
of proceedings from a prevention symposium.
