General Description of Requirement

This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) identifies a business opportunity for the successful Proponent to provide consultant services for the design and construction management of three (3) new Pressure Regulation Valve (“PRV”) stations within the City of Vancouver (“City”) at the following proposed locations:

a) Pender Street and Vernon Drive

b) 11th Avenue and Clark Drive

c) 37th Avenue and Dunbar Street
