General Description of Requirement
The City of Vancouver (the “City) invites expressions of interest (“Applications”) from qualified organizations (“Applicants”) interested and experienced in designing, building and operating rental housing on the undeveloped portion of 4186 Nanaimo Street to be created by subdivision as further described in section 1.5 (the “Property”). The City is endeavouring to find innovative solutions and partnership opportunities to provide for well designed, liveable and cost effective housing solutions and as such the City is issuing this Request for Expressions of Interest (“RFEOI”) to develop a short list of prequalified proponents to respond to a more detailed Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to assess the viability and successfully provide for affordable rental housing on the City owned lands.
