General Description of Requirement
The City of Vancouver (the “City”), by this Invitation to Tender No. PS10038 (the “ITT”), invites tenders for the construction of various street improvements in the City of Vancouver involving:
- the construction/installation of Portland Cement (P.C.) concrete curbs, gutters and sidewalks and asphalt concrete on sundry streets;
- related appurtenances; and
- construction related traffic control
