General Description of Requirement

The City of Vancouver (the “City”) invites Tenders for building envelope restoration at Marpole Place Community Centre (“Marpole Place”). The project includes general contractor services, site supervision and coordination of all subtrades.

Information Meeting

Tenderers are invited to attend an Information Meeting and Site Visit on Thursday, September 1 , 2011 commencing at 10:00 A.M.

Location: Reception Area, Marpole Place Community Centre, 1305 West 70th Avenue, Vancouver, British Columbia.

All prospective Tenderers are asked to pre-register for the Information Meeting by submitting an Information Meeting and Site Visit Attendance Form (Appendix 1) by fax to Tamara Jackson at 604-873-7057 or e-mail to purchasing@vancouver.ca by 4:30 P.M., Wednesday August 31, 2011.
