General Description of Requirement
This Short Form - Request for Proposal (“SF-RFP”) identifies a business opportunity for the successful Proponent to create a rewards program for owners of licenced dogs within the City of Vancouver. The City of Vancouver would like to increase dog licencing compliance numbers. Other cities in Canada have offered a reward (discount) program for owners of licenced dogs that have proven to be successful in increasing licencing rates by providing a tangible benefit for licencing your dog.
