General Description of Requirement
This Short Form - Request for Proposal (“SF-RFP”) identifies a business opportunity for the successful Proponent to Supply, Deliver and Install a Stormwater System. Pricing should include: The option to purchase the system, the option of a monthly lease rate with the option to purchase the residual value of the system. (meaning that the lease payments would be applied to the purchase price) or the option to rent on a monthly basis a Stormwater System for Kent Yard. The City is requesting proposals from interested firms with expertise in Stormwater treatment systems, turnkey solutions and commissioning of such systems. There is also a requirement for the commissioning and training City staff on the operation and maintenance of the system (this shall be included in pricing options). Proponents can provide a service contract option and where appropriate, supply treatment materials.
