View Your Account Balances Online at: Property Inquiry

Instructions for using the Property Inquiry Webpage

  1. Use the "Search" tab to create and add to your list of properties.
  2. Use the "Selection List" tab to view and modify your list of properties.
  3. On the "Reports" tab choose "View Report" to view either the
    • Vancouver Property Info Report for the selected properties
    • Property Tax and Utilities Balances Report for the selected properties
  4. Use the "Search" tab to create and add to your list of properties.
  5. Use the "Selection List" tab to view and modify your list of properties.
  6. On the "Reports" tab choose "View Report" to view either the
    • Vancouver Property Info Report for the selected properties
    • Property Tax and Utilities Balances Report for the selected properties
    • Gross Taxes levied
    • Legal Description of property
    • Assessed Property Value
    • Utility and Local Improvement Charges
    • Other Property Details

The City of Vancouver offers epost™, which allows you to receive your utility and/or tax notice electronically, claim your grant, and integrate with your online banking to make payment. Manage your notices through this secure and convenient service, which is accessible from any computer with an internet connection.

Note that when you successfully subscribe to receive your utility bill and/or tax notice via epost™, you will no longer receive the physical notice or related notices via conventional Canada Post delivery.

Visit canadapost.ca/epost to sign up today and:

  • Receive your City of Vancouver Property Tax bills online
  • Complete and submit your Home Owner Grant online
  • Receive your City of Vancouver Utility bills online

To register the City of Vancouver as a mailer in your epost™ account, you are required to enter the following information:

* Your most recent Property Tax notice will contain the Folio Number and Access Code

* Your most recent Utility Bill will contain the Utility Account Number & Access Code

Due to privacy concerns, Access Codes can only be provided by Canada Post regular mail to the address listed for the property.
