The City of Vancouver offers epost™, which allows you to receive your utility and/or tax notice electronically, claim your grant, and integrate with your online banking to make payment. Manage your notices through this secure and convenient service, which is accessible from any computer with an internet connection.
Note that when you successfully subscribe to receive your utility bill and/or tax notice via epost™, you will no longer receive the physical notice or related notices via conventional Canada Post delivery.

- Receive your City of Vancouver Property Tax bills online
- Complete and submit your Home Owner Grant online
- Receive your City of Vancouver Utility bills online

* Your most recent Property Tax notice will contain the Folio Number and Access Code

Due to privacy concerns, Access Codes can only be provided by Canada Post regular mail to the address listed for the property.
