Community Hanging Baskets

Fifty-four hanging basket brackets were added to trolley poles in the neighbourhood to make Hastings Street between Clark Drive and Gore Avenue more beautiful. Following the installation of the first seasonal baskets, the Strathcona Business Improvement Association (BIA) took over the baskets. The BIA will maintain the baskets for three years, and replenish the plants every season.
