HomeGround

The HomeGround events target all segments of the low income community including women, the disabled, families, seniors, those struggling with addictions, and those of aboriginal ancestries. HomeGround, which began in 2009, is intended to become an annual event to support the homeless and provide food, entertainment and access to social services. Homeless Outreach teams connect with the homeless to find shelter on a temporary basis and provide follow up resources for permanent social and supported housing.
