To participate, please ensure your building fits the criteria below and have your building manager or property manager complete the application form (PDF 118 kb). If your building doesn't quite meet all of these criteria, but you'd still like to participate, please e-mail us -- we'd be happy to let you know when we launch a broader program (likely in 2012).

- 75 or more suites
- 15 or more floors
- strata council managed
- located in Vancouver
The heating
- electric baseboard
- in-suite gas fireplaces (in most suites)
The systems
- mechanical penthouse
- inefficient parkade lighting
- continuous hallway ventilation
The buildings
Join your neighbours. So far, 10 Vancouver MURBs (multi unit residential buildings) have entered into is pilot. Most of these buildings have completed step two and are advancing to step three. Check back over the coming months to read their stories.
