Workplace Harassment Awareness
Workshop Overview
These workshops, which can range from one hour to half-a-day, are designed to provide participants with a basic understanding and increased awareness of workplace harassment. Information on human rights, related policies, internal resources and responsibilities are presented.
Session length is flexible so as to accommodate various work schedules and needs. Half-day workshops are highly interactive and allow participants to also discuss strategies to prevent harassment and what to do if it occurs.

Employees, managers, and supervisory personnel.

- To understand what harassment means and how it relates to human rights.
- To develop awareness of behavior that is illegal and inappropriate.
- To outline the organization's policy and internal resources on workplace harassment.
- To identify the rights and responsibilities of employers, employees, supervisors/ managers and unions with respect to harassment.
