Investigation and Resolution of Workplace Harassment Complaints
One-Day Workshop Overview
Complaints of harassment are one of the most sensitive issues in the workplace. This workshop will provide participants with an overview of the important basic principles, considerations and requirements for conducting an effective harassment complaint investigation. The session can include such components as: news and trends in B.C. Human Rights law, interviewing skills practice and exploration of alternatives to formal investigation. Also available in a half-day format.
