Workplace Harassment Prevention & Intervention Skills
Two-Day Workshop Overview
Employers have a responsibility to provide a harassment-free work environment. A policy alone is not enough. Supervisory staff, as agents of the employer, are accountable to see that harassment does not occur in their workplace. When they are aware of harassment occurring or of conditions in the workplace that might lead to harassment, it is their responsibility to take steps to intervene.
This workshop is designed to address the significance of this responsibility of supervisory personnel and allows for important dialogue and practical skills-building opportunities on harassment prevention and intervention.
