124 Dunlevy Ave rezoning application survey

The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone 124 Dunlevy Ave from Downtown Eastside Oppenheimer District (DEOD) to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District.

The proposal is for an 11-storey mixed-use building, including: 

  • relocation of the Evelyne Saller Centre to the site
  • social housing on floors 2-11, with a total of 213 units
  • floor space ratio of 5.96
  • a building height of 33.9m (111 ft.)
