C-5 & C-6 Commercial Districts (West End)

The intent of the District Schedule is to:

  • Allow services and retail uses and forms of development which are compatible with the primarily residential character of the West End.
  • Allow dwelling units designed compatibly with commercial uses.
  • Permit a greater density and scale and range of uses in C-6 than C-5, so that C-6 provides a transition between Downtown and the West End.
