  • Advance property tax notices in late November
  • Main property tax notices in late May

If you did not receive your tax notice, taxes are still due by their due date.

Set up an online account. You will need your access code. It can be found on your tax notice.

Did you receive a tax notice for a property you don't own anymore?

If you’ve received a property tax notice for a property you no longer own you are not responsible for paying the property tax.

Please either:

  • Send the property tax notice to the new owner of the property
  • Return the property tax notice to Revenue Services by mail to: Revenue Services, City of Vancouver, PO Box 7747 Vancouver, BC V6B 8R1
