Send your completed application form by email, fax, or mail to our contact details below.

You may need a letter of credit

We may require you to provide an irrevocable, automatically-renewable letter of credit from your financial institution to open your Transfer and Landfill account. Find a bank that issues letters of credit in Appendix A of our Letters of Credit Policy  (261 KB).

Format your letter as shown in Appendix B of our Letters of Credit Policy (261 KB).

If your company is a demolition company, you need to submit a letter of credit for $10,000 or greater.

Change your mailing address

Changing your address for a Transfer and Landfill account is different than changing it for property-related accounts because Transfer and Landfill accounts are not tied to any land parcel.

If your mailing address changes, notify us in writing by email, fax, or mail (see our contact details below). Include your account number and contact information in case we need further information.

Cancel your account

Have your company's director make a request to cancel your account in writing by email, fax, or mail (see our contact details below). Include your account number and contact information in case we need further information.
