Water and sewer connection permits

A water service permit allows you to connect a new building with the City's water and sewer system.

A water and sewer connection permit allows you to connect your new property with the City of Vancouver's water, sanitary, and stormwater sewer services.

This permit is needed when you are building a new home or any other type of building, or renovating an existing building.
