New murals in Mount Pleasant

August 9 2013

Mural - E Broadway

Check out three new murals along East Broadway created by the City’s Integrated Graffiti Management Program, in partnership with the Mount Pleasant Neighbourhood House, local artists, property owners and the community.

With the goal of reducing graffiti and keeping Vancouver looking spectacular, the City's Integrated Graffiti Management Program has involved over 100 youth this summer in community murals and community paint-out projects. The Mount Pleasant projects would not be possible without Mount Pleasant Neighbourhood House, artists Anne Marie Slater and James Harry, and City partners Dulux Paints and Goodbye Graffiti.

Report graffiti on public property by calling 3-1-1. Call 9-1-1 if you witness vandalism.
