The City is creating a policy statement to guide future redevelopment of the OTC site at TransLink's request. The policy statement sets principles and objectives that will guide:

  • Land use
  • Sustainability
  • Transportation
  • Density
  • Building types and heights
  • Public benefits
  • Phases of development

Our planning program launched in June 2014 with open houses that had illustrated brainstorming sessions.
