If you’re a City of Vancouver property owner, your main tax notice has either arrived in your mailbox or it’s on the way. 

Your property taxes are due on Thursday, July 3, 2014.

Lineups may be long near the tax due date.

By mail

Payment must be received by the due date. Postmarks are not accepted as proof of paying on time.

What to do if you do not receive a tax notice

If you have not received your 2014 main tax notice by June 9th, phone 3-1-1 (604-873-7000 if outside Vancouver) or email propertytax@vancouver.ca. You are responsible for paying your property taxes whether or not you receive your notice.
