The City has received a rezoning application for Oakridge Centre at the southwest corner of Cambie Street and West 41st Avenue.

The application's proposal is for a mixed-use development including buildings at a range of heights up to 45 storeys with commercial, office, residential and public amenity space. It includes 2,818 units with a maximum height of 125.6 metres (412 feet) and 6,694 parking spaces.

Drop by an open house in November to learn more about the proposal and rezoning process. It’s also a chance to offer your ideas, find out how you can stay involved in the process and help shape the future of this neighbourhood.
