Over 50 years ago, Dr. Goodall began a relentless mission deep in the African jungle. In her speech, "Making a Difference", Dr. Goodall will take you on a secret journey into the world of the Gombe Jungle and the Chimpanzee. One could say that Jane Goodall is fighting a one woman environmental revolution. She travels 300 days a year lecturing and raising money for the Jane Goodall Institute. In 2003 Queen Elizabeth named her a Dame of the British Empire for her work with primates. "The least I can do is speak out for those who cannot speak for themselves", says Jane Goodall. Her path-breaking work on primate behavior will continue go be a guiding light for anthropologists, biologist, and students for centuries to come.
