Parking decal with 2015 City Bird - Black-capped Chickadee

The Black-capped Chickadee, official City Bird for 2015, is now featured on Vancouver parking permit decals.

Created by a local designer, the image of the bird is located on the back of the decal.

Last year, we sent out just over 23,000 decals to residents living in residential permit parking areas.
