Javascript must be enabled

Your browser must have javascript (or 'active content') enabled in order to use the online bookings.

First time users

On the Tee Time Bookings page, click the 'First Time Online Users' box at the bottom of the page, or the 'Registration' link on the black bar, then enter your contact information.

When you fill out your profile information and click Finish, you will be added to the database.

A page will be displayed saying your profile has been updated, and to click on Tee Times to make a reservation.

Your profile information is displayed below that message, along with a Submit button.

The "*Required fields" message does not indicate a problem - it is a permanent indication of the fields that are required. You do not need to click on Submit, unless you need to change some of your information.

How to book a tee time

1. On the Tee Time Bookings page, click the 'Tee Times' link on the black menu bar. Select one or more courses.
2. Select the day you want to play, by clicking on one of the green dates on the calendar (these are the days that are currently open for booking). The date will be displayed in the grey box under 'Date and Time'.
   
     Bookings 6 to 30 days in advance will be charged a non-refundable 'premium booking' fee. Bookings up to 5 days out have no additional booking fee.
3. Select the time you want to play (for Noon, select 12:00 PM ) and the number of golfers, then click the 'Next' button.
4. Select one of the times offered and click the 'Next' button.
5. Confirm that the time is correct and click the 'Next' button.

Confirm that your contact information is correct and click the 'Reserve' button to complete your booking.

How to cancel, modify or check times you have booked

On the Tee Time Bookings page, click the 'Pending Tee Times' link on the black menu bar. If you have not already logged in, you will need to log in using your email address and password. Your tee time bookings will be displayed.

To cancel a booking:

1. Mark the checkbox under 'Cancel' beside the booking you want to cancel. 
2. Click the 'Submit' button.
3. Wait for confirmation that your tee time booking has been cancelled.

Note that premium bookings can not be modified once booked.

If you want to cancel on the day of play, please call and inform the golf shop. 'Premium booking' fees charged on tee times booked 6 to 30 days in advance are not refundable.

To modify a booking:

1. Mark the checkbox under 'Modify' beside the booking you want to change.
2. Change the number of players and click the 'Submit' button.
3. Wait for confirmation that your changes were accepted.

Changing your email

If you've changed your email address, please let us know by sending an email to pbgolf@vancouver.ca.  We will update your address in the system.

Troubleshooting

Error message: Session has expired

If, after a short time, you receive the message "Your session has expired. Please login again or start over from the homepage", it may be due to your browser settings or other security software blocking cookies on your system. If your system does not allow cookies, you will be unable to book Tee Times online.

Supported browsers

Recommended browser for the Tee Time Bookings system is Internet Explorer, version 6 or later. Some functions may not work properly in other browsers.

On Macintosh computers, for best results, use the Safari browser.
