Rina has been involved in the fitness industry, both personally and professionally, for three decades, and recently obtained her personal trainer certification.

Rina loves to walk her dogs and to hike in the wilderness. One of her greatest passions is resistance training because of the impact it has had on her life. It’s good to be strong!
