Angela

Angela is a personal trainer at Hillcrest and Trout Lake fitness centres

Angela is passionate about fitness and enjoys participating in a wide variety of activities, including ringette, beach volleyball, tennis, skiing, cycling, swimming, and walking her dog Marley.

When a person is in great physical shape they feel great, and can effectively achieve the most out of their life. I believe a good trainer is a good listener, role model and motivator, with the ability to inspire others in living a healthy, active lifestyle.


Anna

Angela is a personal trainer at Hillcrest and Trout Lake fitness centres

  • A.C.E. American Council on Exercise Personal Trainer Certificate 
  • B.C.R.P.A. Fitness Leader – Personal Trainer, Weight Trainer Certificate 
  • 80+ additional fitness certifications including: core training, functional training, corrective exercise, posture, movement, balance, injury prevention, strength training, flexibility training, and nutrition
  • Personal training for over 20 years with over 25,000 hours of direct client training
  • Featured in magazines and newspapers including; Oxygen, The Vancouver Sun, Best Health and BC Business Magazine, as well as the covers of The Georgia Straight and Westender

Philosophy

Anna’s style of training incorporates all facets of fitness and includes movements and techniques to increase function and mobility, placing emphasis also on stretching, postural alignment, and tension release. Her work has helped tone and shape bodies, empower minds, and increase stamina and vitality to enjoy life in and outside the gym.

Igor has been training since December 2009.
