A full-time teacher and part-time personal trainer, Elisa loves sport and fitness!

Elisa is an enthusiastic learner, always seeking to improve herself through seminars and workshops. She is currently working to become a strength- and conditioning coach to youths and adults.

Sead started training in Europe in 1998, and has been training in Canada since 2003.

Philosophy

The best part about being a personal trainer is watching people have fun exercising! I love to see my clients' energy improve and their stress fall away as the session progresses. No matter how tired you feel at the beginning, exercise gives you more energy once you are done.
