   Staff report dated May 4, 2007 recommending that the Board approve recommendations A to D.
3. Consultant Award - Ghost Train and Bright Nights in Stanley Park Events
   Staff report dated May 2, 2007 recommending that the Board approve recommendations A and B.
4. Sunrise Community Hall - License Agreement
   Staff report dated May 2, 2007 recommending that the Board approve recommendations A to C.
5. Donor Recognition Guidelines
   Staff report dated May 3, 2007 recommending that the Board approve the Donor Recognition Guidelines as outlined in this report to recognize donations made to the Park Board.
6. Stanley Park Restoration Plan - Consultant Agreement
   Staff report dated May 7, 2007 recommending that the Board approve recommendations A and B.

IN-CAMERA MEETING

THAT the Board later this evening go into a meeting which is closed to the public, pursuant to Section 165.2 of the Vancouver Charter, to discuss matters related to paragraph:

(e) the acquisition, disposition or expropriation of land or improvements, if the Board considers that disclosure might reasonably be expected to harm the interests of the City;

(k) negotiations and related discussions respecting the proposed revision of an activity, work or facility that are at their preliminary stages and that, in the view of the Board, could reasonably be expected to harm the interests of the City if they were held in public.
