Public Ice Skating Schedule
Our Fall 2009 public skating schedule below is in effect from Saturday, September 26 to Friday, December 18.
Group Bookings: if you would like to attend with a group of 10 or more people, please call 604-257-8122 or e-mail kerrisdalearena@vancouver.ca in advance to let us know which date/time you would like to attend.

Cosom Hockey for families. Plastic sticks and pucks only. Everyone MUST wear a helmet.
*On Mondays, FULL rink will be set up and participants are welcome to stay for the Loonie/Toonie skate right after from 4:00-5:30pm

| Recreational beginner's hockey. Goalies play for FREE. All Players may call 604-257-8121 one hour before the session to reserve a spot but MUST sign in by 11:30am or their spot may be forfeited to another player. Max 20 players + 2 Goalies. All players MUST sign a waiver form. |

Skating Lessons can be viewed by visiting our Courses & Workshops pages. Please note that all skating lessons registration takes place at Kerrisdale Community Centre. Contact 604-257-8100 for more information.

Ice Bookings
Limited ice rental opportunities are available during our regular season for schools, skating parties, hockey or broomball. More rental opportunities are available during our sessional break from Saturday, December 19-Friday, January 1. Ice rental availability can be viewed on-line on the Vancouver Park Board website.

Kerrisdale Play Palace
The Kerrisdale Community Centre Society, in partnership with the Vancouver Park Board, brings you the Kerrisdale Play Palace located at the Kerrisdale Arena. The Play Palace runs late April to late August each year and is ideal for families with children 12 years and under, this giant indoor playground includes:
 2 inflatable Bouncy Castles
An inflatable Obstacle Course
22’ Inflatable Giant Slide
Ride on cars and toys
Ping Pong, foosball, basketball shooting
Musical instruments
Toddler area with padded flooring, carpet games and lots of toys!
The Play Palace season has ended as of Sunday, September 6. Thank you for another wonderful season. Birthday Party bookings for 2009 will begin in mid-January 2010 and public drop-in is expected to begin in late April.
Play Palace strip tickets are non-refundable, however, they do not expire and we will accept them for future Play Palace seasons. |
