Our birthday parties operate on Saturdays from 1:15-3:15pm, and Sundays from 12:15-2:15pm. Parties are best suited for children 3-10 years. Patrons are required to register in person at the front office or by phone at 604-718-8201.

FOOD: Supplementary snacks and foods such as chips, veggies, etc. must be provided by the parents. P arents must also supply the cake, candles, table covers, goodies bags and any another special supplies.
PARTY INFORMATION: Parents are expected to be involved in the party celebrations and discuss with the leader beforehand the level of leadership they wish the leader to provide. Because of space restrictions and safety issues, we have set a maximum of 20 children per party.
You are welcome to suggest specific party activities that your child would like to be involved in such as floor hockey, storytelling or singing. Please make your suggestions to the leader. Your party leader will call you anywhere from a week to three days before the party to discuss your event. This is the time for you to discuss specific activities, clarify expectations, make any changes to the original booking, or make special arrangements.
REGISTRATION PROCEDURES: Bookings will only be taken if a ccompanied by the minimum payment o f $105 .00 for parties and can be paid over the phone with Visa or Mastercard. If you wished to upgrade from the $105 package to the $195 package, a full payment of $195 must be paid one week before the birthday party.
Additional payment to upgrade to the large bouncy castle ($25) can be made on the day of the birthday party , please do so at the beginning of the party, and show receipt to party
REFUNDS: If you need to make a cancellation for your booked birthday, the refund rates are: 2 week notice: Full Refund; 1 week notice: 50% Refund; Less than 1 week: NO Refund. All refunds are subject to a $4.00 administration fee.
