3 Corners Child Care Centre (3 months – 5 years)

3 Corners Child Care Centre is a brand new facility located in the Mount Pleasant Community Centre (#1Kingsway) and operated by MPCCA. We are an inclusive, licensed group child care program that provides year-round care for children aged 3 months to 5 years. The facility offers a universal design for full accessibility and a large secure rooftop play area for each age group, designed with natural materials.

Curriculum and Program
Our curriculum at 3 Corners Child Care is emergent, child-centered, and play-based. As educators we plan according to the different interests and abilities of the children in the centre, taking their cues as the starting point of curriculum planning. As we regularly observe and assess play we are able to arrange the classroom environment, select activities and provide the appropriate props. Emphasis is placed on the experiences of the children, rather than on the results of those experiences. Each child has their own set of possibilities and as educators we help those possibilities unfold.

Hours of Operation
Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 6:00pm. (We are closed during all statutory holidays)

Program Fees
Fee rates for the daycare program are set annually by the MPCCA and are subject to change.

Infant and Toddlers (3-36 months): $1069.00 per month
3-5 Program (36months-5 years): $699.00 per month

Licensed Child Care Spaces
Infant/Toddler: 24 spaces
3-5yrs: 25 spaces

Waitlist
We are currently FULL and are projected to be full until the Fall of 2012 and at that time we hope to be in taking children into our Infant Program only. We feel that it is unfair to give families false hope that we may have space for your child, therefore we do not want to add names to our waitlist. We are overwhelmed with the demand and are truly sorry we can not do more.

Please refer to all waitlist inquires to the website. We will have the waitlist opening date up on our website for at least a month before the date, so checking once a month is sufficient.
