Birthday Parties

 

Got the birthday planning jitters?

 

Relax and leave it to us . We provide leadership, space, decorations, and activities. BOOK EARLY! A minimum of 2 weeks advanced booking required. (Only 2 bookings per week available.)
Birthday parties are not available in July and August.

We take care of:

Space
Birthday parties are scheduled from 1:00-3:00pm
Saturday bookings are held in room 110, this room is suitable for some active games and has adjoining kitchen access.
Sunday bookings are held in room 010 & 011, this is more suitable for children's parties aged 2 to 6 years of age. Room 011 is available for active games. Kitchen if needed is a floor above.

Decorations
Streamers and balloons will frame the birthday eating area.
Leadership
The leader will plan and lead children in exciting, interesting activities to make this celebration a special one.

Cleanup
Staff will do the majority of the clean up with assistance from the adults attending.

 

Sample Program Outline

1. Ice breaker/Introductions
2. Active game ideas: Musical Chairs, Balloon "Pop" Games, Parachute Activities,Tag, Duck-Duck-Duck-Goose, What time is it Mr. Wolf?, Go-Stop
   If your child has any special requests for games, etc. please let our staff know and we will try to accommodate them.
3. Crafts- make your own party hat.
4. Snack or lunch
5. Circle/Cooperative games
6. Cake
7. Gift Opening
8. Conclusions and Good Byes

Parents Provide:

Birthday cake
Goodie bags & prizes for certain games if desired.
Refreshments for snack/lunch ie. chips and or veggies, hot dogs, pizza. One adult to prepare food and assist leader as required. Access to kitchen or sink and prep area available.

Parent Tips: Remember birthday candles , matches, bowls/plates, utensils/napkins for any food and cutting knife if you choose to bring a cake. As a safety measure, you may wish to advise guests of birthday "refreshments" in case any children have food allergies.

 

Birthday Party Package Prices

Up to 12 children $109
13-20 children $159
Children under 2 years of age not included in the number of children attending.
Maximum capacity of 60 people in total.
$50 damage deposit required.

Booking is required at least two weeks in advance.

 

Cancellation
If more than fourteen (14) days notice is given prior to the birthday party a $5 administration fee will be deducted. If fourteen (14) days or less notice but more than 48 hours is given, then $50 will be deducted from the initial payment.

 

 

Family Birthday Party Package

For those who want to have a family birthday party that exceeds the capacity of 60 people in total or more than 20 children, this is the birthday package for you. Maximum capacity for this package is 165 people in total. Please note that this is the total number for fire regulations so if you are intending to set up a play area and table and chairs it is suggested that the maximum would be less.

 

We will provide:

Space
Birthday parties are scheduled on Saturdays from 12:00-4:00pm in Room 110 with adjoining kitchen access. Time includes set up and clean up time.

Staff
The staff will assist people with the set up and clean up, and will supervise the use of the toys and equipment.

Equipment
Party will include the use of tables, chairs, kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, coffee urns ), and some toys and play equipment.

Payment
$195 plus damage deposit of $50.
