Refund Policies

A full refund is granted for cancelled programs or for Refund Requests received 48 hours prior to the start of the program. A Refund Request received within 48 hours of the start of rink and swimming lessons run by the Park Board, will be assessed a $10 Administration Fee. Refund Requests will be pro-rated after the first class. Refunds for medical reasons will not be charged the Administration Fee (but a medical note is required).
