Notes:

Minimum Charges:

• Grass A                          $45.43
• Grass B                          $31.45
• Grass Non Regulation       $17.48
• Diamonds                       $31.45

Non Profit Rate:

• May only be utilized by groups which have provided proof of non profit registry at the time the permit is made.
• All other user groups will be billed under the "Other" category

Payment:

• Full payment is required 10 working days prior to the 1st event date listed on a permit.

Insurance:

• The VPB requires $2,000,000 Commercial General Liability Insurance on any permits which are more than 1 date or over 4 hours in duration.
• The VPB requires a copy of proof of insurance before the 1st date listed on the permit.

Refunds & Cancellations:

• Programs/Lessons (outdoor recreation, swimming lessons, etc)
• Full refund if notice received five or more working days prior to the start of the program.
• Refund of registration fee minus the cost of one class or transfer to a future session, if request received within four working days of the start of the program or after the first program date (class/lesson). 
• No refunds issued for requests received after the second date of the program.
• Fees for one or two-day programs are non-refundable.
• Facility Bookings (Fields, Diamonds, Courts, Rinks, Pools, Picnics)
• Once a permit is confirmed, cancellation requests require a minimum notice of ten working days prior to date of reservation for a refund of fees minus a $25.00 administration fee. 
• No refunds issued for cancellations of bookings made within ten working days of reservation date.

Overdue Accounts:

• Once the payment due date is past:
• Unpaid permit times will be made available to other groups and the general public.
• The organization and authorized agents will not be able to book field time.
• Renewal status will be removed and time spots made available to the public.
• The account will be sent to the City of Vancouver Collections Department for retrieval.

• Top
