Fraserview Park Improvements

Project Description

A concept design was approved by the Board on March 1, 2010. Staff reports and minutes available below.

Upgrades to the park include two nature themed playgrounds with universally accessible swings and advanced climbing equipment; new perimeter trail with exercise circuit training stations; new plaza and sundeck with seating and picnic areas; additional landscaping and enhanced park entry areas on Victoria Street.

Construction is now underway. The field is scheduled to reopn Fall 2010 and the entire project will be completed in Spring 2011.
