Project Description

Two roof-top HVAC units at the Ray-Cam Co-operative centre are over 25 years old and in need of immediate replacement as they are prone to constant failure and are well past their service lives.

The Vancouver Park Board has decided to replace these HVAC units with new energy efficient HVAC units which will lower both the electrical and natural gas consumption of the facility. 

The Vancouver Park Board has designed, tendered, and will be providing construction management services for the duration of the project.
