Fasken Martineau put a creative plan together to help Vancouver's best-loved park recover from last December's devastating windstorm. The firm's contribution to the Stanley Park Restoration Project came from a variety of sources, including employee fundraising; corporate matches for all employee donations; money donated by the firm based on the hours worked by lawyers and paralegals in the month of January; and generous donations from suppliers.

The total sum raised through their creative fundraising initiatives was $50,117.73.

Fasken Martineau's Vancouver office is comprised of more than 130 lawyers with extensive experience in virtually every aspect of Canadian and international law. In addition to a comprehensive business law group, the downtown location has renowned litigation and labour, employment and human rights lawyers. The Vancouver office has a strong tradition of community involvement.
