Renew Your Flexipass or 10 Visit Pass Online Now

Before you begin, please note:

• You can only renew a pass you have previously purchased (ie 3 month pass or 10 visit pass). If you want a pass of a different duration (ie 6 month pass), you must purchase it in person.
• When you renew your 10 Visit pass,10 visits will be added to your current total.
• When you renew your Flexipass, the expiry date will be extended by the number of months specified in the duration. If your pass has expired, the new expiry date will be calculated based on the purchase date.
• A Flexipass purchased with a Corporate Discount cannot be renewed online.

Renewal Procedure

1) From the Park Board home page, follow the links to "Recreation" > "Renew Passes "

2) Click on the "Renew a Pass" link.

3) Click on the pass you would like to renew (the Passes screen will show all your passes).
NOTE: If your pass does not show up under your account, your customer account may not be linked to your history. Please contact your community centre to get your account set up properly.

4) Click the "Add to My Cart" button.

5) Click the "Checkout" button.

6) Click the "Continue" button.

7) Confirm your order and click the "Continue" button.

8) Enter your credit card information, check the box to indicate that you are at least 13 years of age, and click Continue to complete your renewal.
