Requesting Customer Account and Password All new customers need to request an account in order to view the facility reservations. Fill out the New Account Request completely, including birthdate. Please submit your request only once. Please Note:
To request an account, fill in your details on the Account Request page, then click the "Submit" button. You cannot proceed with the registration process until you receive your Customer ID and Password via email. Requests are processed during normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) and are also processed evenings and weekends (usually within 24 hours).
