Pay your parking and other bylaw tickets
Pay parking and other bylaw contraventions online by using Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. To pay your ticket online, you will need to either have the vehicle licence plate or ticket number on hand.
Pay-by-phone parking
Pay City parking meters by mobile phone as an alternative to paying at the meter with coins. In order to use this service, you must register beforehand.

Licences
Pay your dog licence
Renew your dog licence online by using Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. To renew your licence, you must have a dog licence from the previous year.
First-time dog licence?
If you have just made an online application for a new dog licence, you will need to wait until you receive a reference number for your new account before you can make an online payment.
Renew your business licence
Renew your City business licence online by using Visa, MasterCard or American Express. This service is for renewals if you have received a renewal notice or a bill for a change of address and/or name. (Please note: If you have made any changes to your business licence, you must submit a Change of Information Form prior to renewing your licence online). To renew your licence online, you will need your account number from your previous year's licence or new licence number from your renewal notice.

Home Owner Grant
Fill out your Homeowner Grant online. Property owners will get an immediate confirmation that there claim is complete and has been received. You will need your tax folio number and access code. This service is only available from late May to December 31 each year.

Register for community centre programs
Register for Vancouver Parks and Recreation's community centre programs online using Visa or MasterCard.

Reserve a picnic site
Reserve a formal picnic sites online. Bookings are accepted the first working day in January at 8:30 am and are processed throughout the year until September 30. The picnic season starts May 1 and continues until September 30. Pay online by using Visa or MasterCard.

Order historical photos from the City of Vancouver Archives photograph collection. These photographs depict a wide range of subjects relating to Vancouver's history and culture from the 1860s to the 1980s.
